What you can do here in summer time? Here's some example; Wonder on forest, enjoy sauna, swim in lake Puruvesi, go fishing, do some cycling, pick berries and mushrooms etc. Rest, relax and enjoy!
In the holiday cottages of Vaara (belonging to Punkaharju) leisure time activities are numerous. Every
cottage is situated on the shore of Lake Puruvesi. There you can ski, go ice fishing or take, for example, a hut
excursion. During summertime you can visit the handicraft shack, where you have the possibility to buy local products.
If wanted, you can rent a motor-boat or bicycles. Welcome!
